Your treatment may be covered under your medical insurance

Your treatment may be covered under your medical insurance. Before you schedule your appointment, please contact your medical insurance and find out your coverage. This will let us handle all of the paperwork before you arrive, so you can start on your appointment. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.

Medical or Health Spending Account (Flex Spending Account)

Some of our patients have flexible spending accounts through their employers. Patients can use the money they have set aside in these accounts for dental expenses not paid for by insurance. We are happy to assist our patients by providing the necessary documentation for reimbursement.

Payment Options

The Facial Pain Center accepts cash, check, debit cards and most major credit cards. Payments by credit card may be subject to additional processing fees. Debit, HSA, FSA and check payments will not have any additional fees.

Electronic Billing Statements

We’re pleased to offer our patients the option to receive their statements electronically. If you are interested in signing up for electronic statements, please refer to the how-to instructions found below.
